Ms. Quentae Barnes was a fantastic funeral director for my father James M. Howell, Jr. Her display posting all of my father’s awards and achievements was phenomenal. She was very attentive of all of my expectations and she exceeded in a superlative way. Her attention to every detail from the slide, show, funeral program, flower presentation and overall decoration for the event was flawless down to the minute detail. Her involvement in the funeral was impeccable and her communication all through the planning stages was second to none. This by far was the best funeral service that I have been to in my 59 year lifetime. I received many positive reviews from several of the guest that attended. The food was great as well. Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home is a 5 star establishment that surpassed all of my expectations. I would like to thank the entire staff for making my father’s celebration of his life and legacy one for the ages that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Having Hines Rinaldi as our funeral home and service was the most memorable experience and celebration of life for my dad. We are blessed to have my dad taken there after he passed and finding comfort in working with Ben, Joe, and Theresa in the short time planned before Christmas eve. The promptness to our questions, the attention to detail throughout the viewing and burial, the friendliness of the staff, and the beautiful modern facility made everybody's experience so special. Our family had an incredibly good experience with Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home. Shelby Clark worked closely with us from the moment we arrived to plan the funeral until the event was complete. She was thorough, thoughtful, kind, gracious, and supportive throughout our experience. And the attention to detail provided by the funeral home was extraordinary (from photos and the full obituary reprinted at the front of the register book to the careful setup of the table of my sister's memorabilia to the food and arrangement of the room for our nondenominational event). We wanted people who attended this "Celebration of Life" to dress in colorful resort wear, since my sister loved cruising, and Shelby asked me if it was OK if the staff dressed the same way (shown in the photos that accompany this review). Our experience at Hines-Rinaldi was very different from my experience at any other funeral home where I have attended wakes and/or services in my lifetime. The facility is spacious, open, bright, and wired for audio and video. The experience was as positive as such an experience could be (given the reason we are getting services from a funeral home). I recommend them highly!!
