I had a wonderful experience with this assisted living home. The managers, Jessi and Roxana, did an excellent job—they were incredibly fast, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and genuine care for residents and families really show. I would happily refer this community to my clients.

Our dad found his final home at Canyon View in March of 2022 following his recovery from a serious case of Covid-19. He was fortunate enough to stay there for almost 3 years until he took his final breath in December of 2024 (just two weeks shy of his 97th birthday)! It was a difficult transition at first because he was used to his independence and his own space. We explained to our dad that he needed 24/7 care and assured him that he wouldn’t be abandoned, and he never was. My three sisters and I established a rotating schedule to visit him or take him out to dinners/movies/concerts/family gatherings almost every day of the week. He settled in and began to regard the care home as his “home away from home” and the caregivers as a “second family.” We are so pleased that our dad was content and well cared for during the last three years of his life. My Mom and I placed my Dad under Canyon View's care when he was discharged from the hospital and it became necessary for him to receive a higher level of medical attention than we could provide him. Platinum Care Homes' Canyon View staff jumped right in to provide my Father with everything he needed from the day he arrived. Their caretaking staff and manager, Jessica, were amazing. They were very attentive, compassionate, flexible, caring, accommodating and did everything possible to make my Dad more comfortable, welcomed and healthier. Ed moved into Canyon View in June of 2021. At first he was not happy, mostly that he was no longer living at home. He was in the home until July of 2022 when he passed away. I believe that the people working there genuinely liked Ed, and he was treated with the utmost respect. Ed was not always easy to get along with, but they managed very nicely with him. Some of the workers just seemed like family, and always called me if there was a need. The home was kept always in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Canyon View as a residence. Also when I visited I was always greeted and made to feel like part of the overall family.
