Rosewood Villas

I believe the staff does well during the week days. More organized, more helpful, and more caring and clean. I am happy with the weekdays that I have been there. I was not as pleased over the weekend. The staff was not involved as well as they should have been. Room was not cleaned properly, sheets were not changed, and the hallways smelled of urine. The Nurse did not appear to have knowledge of her assigned patient when questioned. Things got MUCH better during the week!

The leadership exemplifies honor and respect for residents and their families. My parents have been there for almost a year and the resident assistants treat them as family. I’m not surprised to see Mom give a hug to someone who cares for her because the make her feel safe and valued. I am so thankful this is where my parents have landed for the final season of their lives.

My elderly friend Gerda Kapsch has been at Rosewood Heights for close to a month now, She has been engaged with all of her medical staff personnel, while receiving excellent helpful services, particularly from a Nurse student married to a soldier, named Amanda G., who is in her advanced pregnancy, and exhibiting exceptional skills sets and kindness while helping my friend in her recovery. Gerda had a very comfortable large double bedroom, who she shared with another senior, great military families. At the present time moved to another bedroom for herself and is receiving good rehabilitation care, and helps with her daily living activities and daily exercise. She is making little headway progress in her health. I believe the facility can improve the overall menu food choices for a diverse range of people, and special mechanical diet, and in general the food is good. Also my interaction with the Administration personnel has been great during my daily visits to the Rosewood Heights & the Villas.

I was greeted when I came in and was shown how to register my visit. The attendant was very nice and helpful in giving directions to my friends room. . The facility was clean and halls were not cluttered. Even though my friend was in a shared room there a was adequate room for private conversation.

Rosewood has always been the to go to place. if you have a loved one that you really care about , Rosewood would be my first choice. It's a beautiful place Wonderful staff, Inviting atmosphere. I've have friends and family to become a part of the rosewood community. I highly recommend it, Without question
