Lake Park Senior Living

Very enjoyable experience. The Community Rep was very knowledgeable and showed us lovely apartments and the layout of the facility. Amenities, services, cost and activities were thoroughly explained. I am looking forward to making this my new home/

I came in from out of town this weekend to visit a dear friend here, I parked my car on the street, and as I was locking up, an employee let me know the street sweepers were coming by (every Thursday) and I’d get an $80-90 ticket if I parked there. No signs anywhere, except the opposite side of a light pole on the one way street. 🙄. Another employee called the front desk to open the gate to the parking lot so I could park there instead. They were so helpful! The facility was bright, windows were open, staff was friendly, I sat on the roof top in the rose garden, was able to bring my friend’s dogs for a visit, and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It was sparkling clean, residents had access to outdoor spaces with amazing views of the lake, downtown and Oakland Hills. Great experience!

Lake Park is a beautiful apartment building that looks like a hotel at first glance. Apartments are spacious.. More importantly the people are really nice. They have done an excellent job creating a community atmosphere … Many seniors knew my mothers name before she even moved in. And then there is Miss Sabrina Johnson on the sales team.. she knew I really wanted my mother there and worked with my family to find a way. This lady is the most professional and kindhearted. She really listened to me and my mom - and followed up in a way that made us feel like we were the priority. My initial experience cannot have been better.

Our sister-in-law lived at Lake Park for approximately 10 months. We found the facility absolutely wonderful in meeting Her needs which were many. Sadly, in her later years, she became very difficult and the staff at Lake Park went out of their way to provide for her physical, mental, emotional needs. The facility is beautiful with Many activities. The food is gourmet. I would love to live at Lake Park.

Place was clean structured in access for security. And the environment was safe and temp inside building was set according to the temperature inside of building. Employee and management were polite and professional. There were access to different levels of care in living for seniors. The rooms were kept nice and clean. Once in your space or living apt there was this outside seanery of Oakland with its beauty. The tour was nice.
