Henry S Washington & Sons

Shameful! Our Family has used them for many years and almost two years ago, my Brother passed. As usual, we were using them again but this time, they allowed his estranged son and daughter to step in and it all went downhill from there. My Brother was cremated and God only know what they did with the remains. In the beginning Washington and Sons was very responsive and then, they cut me out of the process. Mind you, I was the one helping to take care of him for more than thirteen years, paying rent, buying grocery, and taking him many times per week for years to Physical Therapy. The lifelong relationship I thought our Family had with them went bad real fast. They obviously treat everyone as if they are deceased and have no feelings. It has been almost two years and our Family has no closure because of their poor handling of this situation. Not recommended!

Several of my immediate in laws have been entrusted to HS Washington & Son's and they have always delivered which is why when my grandad transitioned I NEVER had any reservations on who I was entrusting for the services. Mrs. Foxx is and has always been the Queen of Grace & Elegance that gives you comfort and peace during this emotional time.

Henry S. Washington and Sons prepared my father and my husband in 2003 for burial. Because of their great attention to detail and extraordinary customer care. I am now making arrangements for my own funeral to be handled by Henry S. Washington and Sons. My loved ones looked exactly how they looked when their were alive. They also looked exactly how the Bible describes in 1Thessalonians 4:13, 14; they have simply fallen asleep and are waiting for Jesus to come. Thank you so much.
