Spring Hills Hunters Creek

We had a wonderful experience visiting Spring Hills Hunter's Creek! A special thank you to Emily and the entire staff for being so welcoming and allowing us the opportunity to educate the residents through our fall prevention and senior wellness program. The team was incredibly attentive, professional and caring toward their residents and we appreciated how engaged everyone was during the presentation. Thank you again, Emily and the Spring Hills team, for your hospitality and for everything you do for your residents each day!

It has taken a long time for me to write this review. My husband entered memory care (Spring Cottage) at this facility in July. It was a difficult transition for both my husband and my family. The staff was most supportive during this time. My husband was quite difficult. He has settled in since then and I cannot say enough good things about Spring Hills. They try to keep the memory care patients occupied. Residents are clean and well cared for. Facility is clean and also smells clean. I am comfortable with my husband being here knowing he is safe and well cared for. My husband has had several former colleagues visit him and all have been impressed with Spring Hills. I am not familiar with the assisted living side but they always seem to have fun and residents appear happy and comfortable.

Wow. Such a difference compared to other places we've experienced. Thank you to Stephanie, one of the compassionate caregivers, for the recommendation to move my mother to Memory Care at Spring Hills. We will always be thankful! The admissions process was very smooth. Nathan was so very responsive to our questions. He was very patient with us as we were anxious to get my mother moved in. Thank you, Nathan! Dolores, who is in charge of activities in the Memory Care, is kind and caring. She truly loves the residents, there. The atmosphere at Spring Hills is joyful. What a breath of fresh air! People are engaged and happy. It's a pleasure to visit.

My wife & I have a singing group, and we recently performed for the first time for the residents at Springs Hills Hunter's Creek. It was a fabulous experience as we interacted with the residents. They were so very happy and well-adjusted. They wanted to sing and dance and have a good old time. There was a genuine feeling of peace and contentment and just a general positive spirit amongst the residents. This is a huge testament to the staff at Spring Hills and especially to the Director of Engagement, Emily Cartwright. She obviously has a great relationship with the residents, and it shows. My wife and I perform at many other assisted living facilities and without a doubt, Spring Hills is a place where we will very much look forward to returning again and again to have fun with the people who live there. When we perform somewhere, we can instantly "size" up the room and the general attitude. Some places just stare at us. Some sit quietly and are polite. Some are like Spring Hills where there is genuine sense of fun overall. We look forward to returning again to see all our new friends again soon. Thank you for your time.

What separates Spring Hills from other facilities is the EXCEPTIONAL staff. From the executive team down, every single person who works here serves with heart and compassion. They are all excellent professionals who genuinely care about all the residents. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thank you, Spring Hills, for your years of dedicated care and compassion for our loved one. Without hesitation or reservations, I highly recommend Spring Hills Hunters Creek ALF to any family needing to place their loved one in professional care.
