Choosing to place my family member in an assisted living facility was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, but Westminster Towers made that transition feel peaceful and reassuring. From day one, the staff showed us that this is more than a facility — it’s a true community that comes together for its residents.
My family member loves how the team treats them with genuine respect, kindness, and love. There are always fun, engaging activities that keep them active, entertained, and socially connected. Knowing they’re safe, supported, and truly enjoying their days has given me so much peace of mind.
I’m incredibly grateful for Westminster Towers and the care they provide. Highly recommend

My mother has been a resident in the health center at Westminster Towers Orlando for several weeks, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care she receives. The team members, from the Director of Nursing down, are truly exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and always willing to help ensure her comfort and well-being. They treat her with dignity and respect, and that gives me peace of mind every single day.
The health center is clean, well-organized, and staffed by professionals who clearly love what they do. Communication is excellent—I’m always kept informed about her care and any updates. Beyond the outstanding staff, the residents create a warm and supportive atmosphere that feels like family. Knowing my mother is in such a caring and safe environment means everything to me. Westminster Towers Orlando has exceeded every expectation, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved one.

Westminster Towers Orlando is truly an outstanding community! The team members here are incredible—professional, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make everyone feel valued and cared for. Their dedication creates an environment that feels more like family than just a residence. Whether it is in independent living, assisted living, or the health center, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
The residents are equally amazing! There’s such a vibrant, welcoming spirit throughout the community from the moment you walk in the front door, and it’s clear that everyone genuinely enjoys being part of this wonderful place. The friendships and connections here make Westminster Towers feel warm and full of life. Combine that with beautiful facilities, engaging activities, and excellent dining options (Marketplace food is wonderful at a reasonable price), and you have a community that exceeds expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place where people truly matter and everyone is included, Westminster Towers Orlando is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Westminster Towers Orlando feels like the perfect place to call home. As a prospective resident, I was immediately impressed by the warmth and energy of this community. The team members are exceptional—professional, caring, and truly dedicated to creating a welcoming environment. The residents are just as great! During my visit, I met several who were friendly, vibrant, and full of life. It’s clear that Westminster Towers is more than a residence—it’s a close-knit group where friendships flourish and every day brings opportunities for connection and joy.
Westminster Towers is also conveniently located in downtown Orlando. I like this place very much.

Westminster Towers, we’re still recovering from the experience! If it were not for the usually tasty food (Kudos to the chef!) and a handful of caring personnel, this would have been an absolute nightmare!
My family placed our Mom in this facility (the Health Center area)for rehab after surgery. It was on the list of approved facilities we had obtained from her insurance company. We did our research and decided the place seemed decent enough; it certainly looked good from the outside and ok enough on the inside - physically. Clean, no unpleasant smells. Unfortunately, once Mom was admitted, we were quickly reminded about something we already knew to be true - when all is said and done, it’s really what happens on the inside that matters the most. There were so many gaps in care that the family lost count after a while. Diaper changes seemed to be a luxury. Even more so with bed baths. Everybody had an attitude once we started to monitor and follow up on meds, room cleaning, diaper changes, wound care, and bed baths. Nurses rarely adhered to the care/medication schedule (we started to wonder if they had all even read it). In three weeks housekeeping probably came through about 5 times. I suffered a sinus flare up from the dust bunnies that had built up under my mom’s bed, and was so concerned it would exacerbate her pulmonary conditions that I offered to sweep and wipe the floors myself. There were such long waits for diaper changes and bed baths that Mom developed serious bed sores. To make matter worse, after we insisted on getting her on the wound care doctor’s schedule, we had to constantly remind staff to apply the appropriate creams to treat the sores during diaper changes . When we tried to address issues with some of the nurses and CNA’s/techs, etc. directly, we were told to contact management. When we set up calls/meetings with management, they didn’t pay us the courtesy of showing up or at least responding in some way. During an impromptu discussion with a member of management, instead of addressing issues we brought to their attention, we were told we should just leave. In fact, the same manager told us they wouldn’t have their loved one stay there. When we mentioned our disappointment after seeing the 4.3 rating in Google, the response was simply, “Well, reviews are reviews.” I soon realized that the positive feedback published online pertained largely to the residential area of the facility - not the Health Center. We were so exhausted from the constant monitoring and following up during Mom’s stay at the Health Center that we hardly had enough energy to care for her the day she returned home. My family and I are overjoyed that the Westminister Towers saga is behind us and that we can all now truly begin to heal.
