Washington National Cemetery

Nyana Gollopp, was very helpful in checking my family four plots. Also, my graves too. She explained everything to me about what I currently need to do to go further with the burial process and cost. I will be working with her from now on. Thank you so much!

Good afternoon, I previously came to the cemetery to request burial locations for several family members. During that time, I was given the burial location for one family member and was told once the others were located, they will be flagged, and I would be notified. Ten calendar days past by and No update. So, I followed-up and initially was told that the request had been requested, after checking there was No proof, so I was asked to text the information once again. Thirteen additional calendar days have passed by and still no burial locations.

Xavier did such a phenomenal job navigating clients yesterday. He is very professional and I watched as he treated each client, including myself with respect, passion, and had the expertise to back it up! No one client felt rushed or unimportant. Talk about customer service TOP TIER! He had two families who he was servicing while answering phone calls. His tone was as if he wasn't the only person navigating it all at that percent time. Remarkable!

While grieving the lost of my dad, this was unbelievable services that was rendered! It rained on the day of the funeral. My family and I arrived to no tent and rusted foldable chairs. When asked about a tent I was told due to rain and possible winds a tent couldn’t be put up. I felt like they had more than enough time to prepare for the weather. I made an appointment with Peggy to go over a marker for my dad the following week. I arrived and waited for 15 minutes which no one was at establishment. I would not recommend no one to use this Cemetery!

I recently had the difficult task of arranging my father's final resting place, and Washington National Cemetery provided exceptional support during this challenging time. The grounds are beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and dignified setting that truly honors the memory of loved ones. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Amina, who was incredibly compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. Her kindness and understanding made a world of difference, and she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled with the utmost care and respect.
