Their understanding of Catholic traditions and reverence for our faith made a meaningful difference. The arrangements were handled beautifully and we especially appreciated the assistance with the Mass, coordination with the parish, arrangements made for the color guard at the cemetery and all the little details that we simply would have been overwhelmed with. Joe even sent me pictures of the flowers with the attached card so we would know who sent the thoughtful arrangement. Every question was answered thoughtfully, and every detail was handled with care. It gave us comfort knowing our deceased family member was honored in such a respectful and faithful way. Collins Funeral home are the most kindness people they truly feel your emotions and feeling, they don't overwhelm you. Even when they came to pick my mama up I had a break down and didn't want no one to touch her. They stepped back and let me gather myself ,of course I had to leave the room as I couldn't bare to see them put her in the bag. Next day we went and arrange everything . They were fantastic.few days later we went to drop off her dress . Then we came to see her when they were done. I was Amazed my mother was so Beautiful and natural .she looked like she was just sleeping. She was so peaceful looking. They honestly did an amazing job. About 12 years ago we buried my father as well and Collins did his funeral. And truthfully and honestly the Collins funeral Home are wonderful people and made my parents look so natural and amazing that I couldn't even believe they were gone they just look like they were sleeping. I completely would recommend funeral Collins Home a hundred times over. There's also a beautiful part about them is that they email you or text you a month or so later to see if you're okay. And that meant the world to me I just wasn't some client they still are reaching out even 3 months later.
