I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received. I have called and messaged multiple times, yet Maria has never replied to my messages or returned my calls. It is clear she recognizes my number, because as soon as I reach out, I am ignored. The death certificate is still not ready, and I have been left completely without updates or assistance. This situation is not only frustrating, but deeply unprofessional—especially when dealing with something so sensitive and important. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and this level of customer service is truly terrible.

I deal with multiple funeral homes a week. This is by far the worst of the worst. They drop the body and leave. They don't work the funeral at all. They are merely a body transport company. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Zero empathy for the family

Never Will Recommend Any One!! Rude And Lazy People, They left my Brother Unrecognizable, They were Giving excuses after excuses, Saying there wasn't anything they could Do, They Didn't even wanted to give him a Hair Cut or Shave, like They were Working For Free. Besides the place Filty and Conditions of the building Are Deplorable, Ceiling about to Fall on top of Bodies, See it for yourself on this picture. It's Ashame! If they have a score of -1 I will give that score.

On behalf of the Okoro family , Chambers we can not thank you enough . You made this process so easy . Our dad is Nigerian and like many other foreigners they wanna be buried back home . Chambers and his staff helped us accomplish that . We were at peace when we saw the body because my dad looked like himself in the casket . Shipping a body to another country is not easy at all especially not with the times we are living in ( covid ). But chambers made that happen for us , and our dad arrived back home for the final time March 2nd 2022. Chambers answered the phone for us , answered all questions , and was with us every step of the way . Very professional . I would definitely recommend his services to anyone else I know . We also used his space to have the service being as though my dad did not belong to a church . The space was a nice size , and the balloon columns gave the room a nice touch .

TERRIBLE experience for me and my family. We paid for an open casket service and yet the whole church service it the casket was closed. Then we were quickly rushed out the door by the funeral director, when we questioned her about why didnt they open the casket and why we are being rushed she immediately got rude and had an attitude the rest of the time. When we arrived at the cemetery we demanded they open the casket , she refused then started to get loud. She was very inconsiderate of what we were going through, as a woman in her profession she should know everyone is very emotional and for her to treat us that way was wrong. We eventually got loud back and then she called security to stay with her, and started to record us at our grandmothers funeral. The man who worked for the cemetery told her she can leave now but she decided to stay, the amount of disrespect this woman gave us was out of line, and no one should ever have to go through this when they lose a loved one. I will never use this funeral home again and make sure I tell everyone about this experience. DO NOT GO HERE.
