We cannot express enough gratitude for Douglas and the entire team at Northern Virginia Burial & Cremation Society. During one of the most challenging times in our lives, Douglas was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us meet our tight burial schedule to honor the auspicious date (吉日) for our loved one.
Douglas demonstrated remarkable patience, kindness, and genuine care throughout the entire process. He understood the cultural significancs and worked diligently to ensure everything was arranged properly and on schedule. His compassionate approach made an already difficult situation much more manageable.
The professionalism and empathy shown by Douglas and his team truly sets this organization apart. They treated our family with dignity and respect while handling all arrangements with attention to detail.
We highly recommend Northern Virginia Burial & Cremation Society to anyone in need of funeral services. Thank you, Douglas, for your outstanding service and for helping us honor our loved one in the way they deserved.

We are so thankful to the staff and Michael Turch for being so helpful, respectful and kind during this trying time of our beloved mother's passing.
Michael was very helpful and kept us updated on the proceedings. Since we had to transfer the ashes internationally, he was able to in record time and get the paperwork we needed to apostille the certificate to be able to make the transfer. A welcome relief for us that we fid not have to worry about documents during this sorrowful period.
I would recomend Northern Virginia Burial and Cremation Society anytime.
Thank you to Michael Turch and staff for making this difficult process as smooth as possible.

I had a very good experience with the Cremation Society. The employees were very friendly and professional. Everyone I met at the entrance always smiled and were very helpful directing me to the person(s) who I came to see. The staff members who I worked with directly were also friendly, helpful, and very attentive to all the details of the client's wishes, interest, needs, and business. When the Death Certificate needed to be amended, they were very helpful and the return processing time was expedient. I was very satisfied with their professionalism

My experience with the Northern Virginia Burial & Cremation Society was all I could have hoped for. Ashton was very compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. She went to great lengths to sort out getting a physician to sign the death certificate for my dear departed loved one (their primary doctor was located in DC, and the hospice they were in claimed to have never treated the patient in spite of prescribing morphine ::eyeroll::). The men who came to pick up the body were also very kind. During such a difficult time, the Society provided much solace. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was such a pleasure to work with Karla, Clint, and the staff at NOVA Burial and Cremation Society. By the time I arrived to pick up my dad's ashes and make plans for the day we would need their services, I felt as if I already knew Karla through our many phone conversations.
In the office, Karla and Clint explained in detail what I had purchased for my dad, and was purchasing for my husband and myself. I was able to leave their office and explain to family what I had paid for and where to find the paperwork, which was also written in a clear and comprehensive manner.
The costs were very reasonable, and everything was done with the utmost attention to my needs and wishes. Karla was very empathetic and very efficient from the outset, and extremely patient when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for my dad.
I am telling all my friends about this society, and my decision to take care of our future requirements and expenses. What a great choice we can make for the loved ones we will leave behind! I am sure I will never regret making this decision--or working with the good people at NOVA Burial and Cremation Society. With gratitude, Sharon McCreight
