Bristol Hospice - Visalia

I am very happy and pleased that I chose Bristol Hospice from Visalia to take care of my mom in her home and I am very grateful to all Bristol’s personnel that assisted, and comfort her in her own language. Huge shout out to all!! ♥️♥️ Alma, Sarah, Martha, Nancy ♥️♥️

The caregivers were all very nice, once they arrived. But one totally skipped our bath day and when my mom died, it took the nurse about 2 hours to show up at the house to make her declaration. Bristol might be better if we were closer to headquarters. But a hospice in Fresno is likely just too far away to provide excellent, timely care to Porterville residents.

My dad was admitted into hospice on March 7th Lilian, Brenda, Viviana & Rudy were part of his team during his last 2 1/2 weeks. Everyone was amazing and made my dad feel comfortable. If I am giving 1 star is to hopefully get some attention to my review so that Bristol knows the social worker on our case was HORRIBLE. Very unpleasant experience with her. My dad passed away on 3/25 we contacted her before this and to this day she never called us with the weekend appointment she promised. Never reached out or checked in again. In the meantime social workers from my dad’s other medical teams have been reaching out even after his passing when she couldn’t even schedule us while he was alive DO BETTER. Use your education and experience to actually help the families that need you!

Bristol Hospice provided extraordinary care to our family when my father, Sam Aleman passed away. I cannot express enough gratitude for the compassion, professionalism, and kindness their team showed during such an emotional time. Every member of the staff went above and beyond, but I want to especially recognize **Nurses Angela Gonzalez, Isamar, Elisa, Sylvia, Vivian, and Patricia**, as well as Adrienne. Each of them offered remarkable support, gentle guidance, and heartfelt care. Their patience, warmth, and attentiveness made an incredible difference for my father but especially the help and guidance for my mother and our entire family. I also want to extend special appreciation to **Chaplain Luis Ruiz**, whose presence, comfort, and spiritual support brought us peace and strength when we needed it most. Bristol Hospice truly embodies dignity, compassion, and exceptional care. We are forever grateful for their dedication and the comfort they provided throughout this journey. I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend them.

We had the best care for my father's last day. Nurses were on top of everything. Very helpful, and compassionate.. we are all beyond grateful for them..after my father's death pastor Luis Ruiz came and prayed for us which was very neat and made my mom feel at peace. Thank you again for all your hard work.
