Bristol Hospice - Fresno

The overall service provided by Bristol Hospice has been outstanding from Day 1 and their staff have continued to be very responsive as the situation changes. Each visiting Bristol staff member has been very caring, courteous, compassionate and communicates well. They have thoughtfully explained the hospice process and have answered all of my questions well. The staff are highly responsive to the needs of my mother and my requests. Whenever additional equipment is needed, Bristol is quick to have it ordered and delivered. Special kudos and thanks to Jyoti D, Manny D and Jason N. who regularly visit my mother and to meet with me. I strongly recommend Bristol Hospice - Fresno.

My Dad is in a Memory Care facility in central California. A month ago he transitioned to “Comfort Care” using Bristol. I have been very pleased with their services. They check in on my Dad frequently and give me updates. They also have great rapport with the staff at the facility.

I didn't take any photos, but Bristol was nothing short of amazing. They were there on time and they answered all of our questions. And they were very informative of how we could help my mother in between their visits to keep her as comfortable as possible. So thank you again bristol.

We cannot thank the team at Bristol Hospice enough for the exceptional care they gave our father. Every member of staff showed compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness during a very difficult time for our family.
