Fresno Hospice

I want to thank the entire team for the excellent care they provided my mother. From admission all the way through to the end of our experience, everything was handled with professionalism and real compassion. Nurse Tang was attentive, patient, and consistently reassuring. Nurse Meisy brought great energy and kindness every time she visited. Our PCA, Mina, was gentle, thorough, and treated my mother with genuine respect. After her time with me then she's actually speaking more which is also good for me and my family. Edit: I would be remiss not to mention the chaplain went above and beyond his duties and although we were only there for 2 weeks, he made it a point to reach out and even offered his assistance with final preparation later on his own time if i needed along with an empathetic ear he also has experience from the caregiver/proxy side of this. The person handling the phone calls was outstanding—fast, reliable, and always on top of everything. They coordinated directly with our agency in Massachusetts, making the transfer completely seamless. I also want to note that while I was arranging this transfer from Massachusetts to Fresno, other services didn't even call me back. I left messages and even spoke to one service, but I got no callbacks. This was the only service that consistently worked us through admissions with no hassle. The quality of care was exceptional. Highly recommended.

This hospice really cares about the health and wellbeing of their patients. I am an administrator at a skilled facility and we love this hospice because they provide the support for our staff and provide high quality care to our patients. Highly recommended!

My family was very pleased with the care my mom received while on Hospice. All the equipment was set up and ready to use before we got home from the hospital. Our initial visit was very thorough and everything was explained to us in detail. Our LVN Christina, and our aide Brenda were awesome. My mom especially liked them. They helped us every step of the way and showed us the best way to care for my mom when they were not there. And they were always available even when we were not on their schedule. Everyone was so helpful, the social worker, Heather helped us so much too. My family and I are very grateful for everything Fresno Hospice did for my mom and our family.

Updated Review: The care my dad receives from his scheduled care team is amazing. And the team has provided relief and education to my mom. I originally had what I thought was an issue and made an emotional complaint. It was addressed with sincerity and compassion. You can not fault anyone who cares how their patients are treat and want to fix any concerns.

I've met with NP Daljit. In all areas of care, she's very professional, sweet and compassionate. She's explaining everything in good detail, and thoroughly. She took her time in explaining everything which is really rare some places like to rush to get it over with. She always answered our questions about my grandmother's health. 100% Recommend Fresno Hospice its nice and relaxing knowing someone has our backs during this difficult times.
