If I could do a zero I would. I bought the training. And never received anything. I was charged for it though. And I have called three times no answer.

Whitney is wonderful. She is kind, caring, so supportive and helpful! As a professional who works with families, I recommend her to many moms I work with that may need this kind of support.

Warning for all of Whitney’s clients, don’t be late for your session. My last session with Whitney was scheduled at 1pm, I emailed at 1pm that I was running late, I got on at 106pm and she wasn’t there and wouldn’t respond despite numerous attempts to reach her. She then billed me and misquoted her policy, which says if you are late, you will miss part of your session. I even gave her notice I was running late. Very unprofessional and just in it for the money, in my opinion. Don’t be fooled into thinking she cares about you.

My therapy sessions were fine. They were fairly short most of the time lasting about 30mins. My issue is the last appointment I had was at 10am... I was running late and tried to log in several times into the video portal at 10:07. With no answer I called Whitney at 10:10 to ask to continue our session or reschedule. She never called me back, didn’t email me. I did however get a billed the following day (not my insurance either, me). If I’m paying for a whole hour of time I feel like I could have at least gotten a phone call back within that hour as a courtesy. I just don’t feel very appreciated as a client nor very concerned for.

A wonderful, peaceful experience. Great location, easily accessable. I found the staff to be professional, kind and caring. Scheduling was very easy and fit in my ever-changing schedule. I would highly recommend Peaceful Journies!
