Beth Erlander has worked with me for several years, and my life has absolutely pivoted since right when we started together. There aren't words enough for me to express my gratitude for her compassion, wisdom, integrity, and even for her vulnerability that has made it so much easier for me to heal with her. Her methods are creative and thoughtful and they work. I have come back from a horrible place and am now doing so much better. Several therapists before her tried, but only she succeeded.
