Heart to Heart is an amazing company to work with. We’ve had the privilege of partnering with them on mutual clients, and every experience has been smooth and supportive. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE Experience with this company. We had a consult prior to choosing them and everything we were told did Not happen! Literally from the moment we called and chose them, Nothing went like they said! NOTHING! THE MOST UNORGANIZED COMPANY! NO COMMUNICATION, MISINFORMATION, SHORT STAFFED! We did not get the proper medication for our mother until about 4 hours of her passing therefore she suffered a HORRIBLE DEATH UNNECESSARILY!! I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM FOR THIS! HAD WE NOT CALLED THEM THE DAY AFTER COMING HOME AND BEING TOLD WE WOULD HAVE DAILY NURSE DUE TO HER CONDITION, WE WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE NOT COMING AND INSTEAD WHEN CONTACTED AND AFTER HOURS OF NO RESPONSE, WE RECEIVED A TEXT ASKING DID WE NEED SOMETHING!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

As a healthcare professional, Heart to Heart is my go-to when referring my senior clients to hospice. Nicole and Lori are genuine and compassionate to their core. I always know my clients will be taken care of when I place them in their hands!

My family and I highly recommend Heart to Heart Hospice. From day one all employees were professional and compassionate in our loved one’s care. They took the time to answer all the questions our family had. The care team were always available for questions and after hours help. Our entire family want to send a special thanks and recognition to the CNA Reina Pettengill who always treated our loved one with compassion and dignity. The team at Heart to Heart hospice was an amazing support system for our family. We signed on with H2H this past Aug and on Feb. 5th we lost our father. Michelle the RN assigned to us responded to all my texted messages and phone calls no matter what day or time it was. Her level of expertise in the hospice journey is tremendous. She showed amazing compassion to my father and to our family. She became part of our family. Reyna the home health aid who would bath my father everyday, was amazing. My father wasn't an easy patient, sometimes combative due to his dementia and Reyna never let that phase her and she always made sure my dad's daily hygiene was impeccable. Kate the Social worker and Jordan the chaplain were also a great support to us. We had to place my father in a skilled nursing facility and having H2H there as another advocate for him was such a relief for our family. The team were a blessing to our family in a very difficult time and our family highly recommends H2H.
