I was very pleased with the way the nurses aided in this difficult situation. The nurses were very supportive. Their experience in this situation was excellent. Thank you for your service.

Hospice is a program run through the federal Medicare system .
They are angel sent from heaven, who help you through the most difficult time of your life. When you lose a spouse or a parent, you need all of the help you can get and they are there with compassion, sympathy, medical knowledge, and concern.
I hope we never lose this program because it comes at the most crucial time in your life.

I am a healthcare professional and I have known Three Oaks Hospice for a while. I would highly recommend this Hospice company for their attention to detail when it comes to making sure their residents and families are getting everything they need! Their compassion and quality of care exceed expectations!

From the first phone call with Erin, to continued interaction with Theresa our social worker, everything has been exceptional.
We chose 3 Oaks Hospice after many other phone calls to Hospice company’s in the area. They had the best customer service and benefits, and the highest referral from the palliative care my father was working with. Erin was able to come meet and visit with myself and father the same day we contacted them. We met our first nurse Neisha, who met with dad and determined his condition. I will never forget and appreciate her compassionate honesty as she pulled me aside after that visit to let me know we didn’t have much time with him. Little did I know it would only be 4 days.
The next day and moving forward we had nurse Ricky. Ricky made a very important point to talk to my dad with honor, even with him declining rapidly and no longer being as coherent. He continued to thank my dad for his service in the military, and helped as we had to deliver the conversation with him about needing more care than what I could give him at home.
We decided collectively that it would be best that dad transferred to a respite care facility. Our social worker Theresa helped us get into a facility that same day. And from there she helped me with multiple situations that I had no idea how to navigate through.
I really can’t say enough about this whole team, and how wonderful they were in such a difficult time for my family.
To 3 Oaks staff: May God bless you and keep you, and may his face shine upon you as you work to help so many others through similar circumstances ♥️

We found Three Oaks by a referral from our social worker at a local hospital where my mother was being treated for what we thought would be something she'd recover from. But suddenly it wasn't and we needed help. I cannot stress enough to get hospice on board as soon as you think you need them. We were only with them for a week but wish that my mom could have experienced the love and care and kindness they had to offer even prior to that.
We worked with Natalie, Cheyenne, Monica, Erin and the Chaplain, to help my mother transition from life in the span of about 5 days. As strange as it sounds to say, they made this a beautiful, peaceful process. Everyone was so quick to order and suggest necessary equipment, help us with medication, and answer any questions no matter the time of night.
Natalie was there the day my mom passed. She gave us peace and comfort and was direct because we asked her to be. She treated my mother with such respect and dignity, and waited with her for the creamation service to come to get her so we could all take a break and rest.
I highly recommend Three Oaks to anyone who is in need of hospice services.
