I have family buried here. Beautiful and peaceful here. The cemetery is very historic.

A couple yrs ago my Mom passed away. Her wish was to be cremated. My Dad is buried with a stone with both names on it . At the time I wasn't thinking right. I asked to have her ashes spread on his grave. It was some crazy price . Now , she had to have a plot if her tombstone had both names on it . The 2 owners ( they said they were) had my Dad's folder so it was a big scam. I knew the original owners , close. Now I'm hearing that the place is in disarray . For what people charge to be buried , there is no excuse. Inappropriate $ spending. IRS , needs to look into it. My hole family is buried in there . This is about the ceremony & not good.

LP has been wonderful in helping with my dad's arrangements. From handling the pre-planning required by Charlestown (that pittie was adorable and the guy could not have been kinder!) To taking care of all final arrangements and suggesting how best to handle everything since we all live out of state, top notch.

My parents had plots here. The staff were respectful and empathetic both in 2023 and last month when we used them for my parents. George, Katherine and the front desk personnel made the experience more bearable. We appreciate their care.

Loudon Park Funeral Home was absolutely amazing. Everyone that we interacted with were so kind, gentle and caring during a very sad time in our lives. They truly listened to the little details we wanted to help express our love to our mom. Nothing was too big or small. We had the pleasure of working with Jamie and she guided us through each and every step. Never rushing us even though there were time constraints. We bombarded her with so many questions, she never said it was too many, she always answered them with a reassuring smile. She literally treated us as her family, was very empathetic, professional and sweet during the entire planning process. I highly recommend her. From a facility perspective, they have a huge facility, with onsite cremation services, excellent parking, great exterior lighting, doorman, lovely bathrooms, a separate cafeteria type lounge (very helpful with out of town guests coming straight for services)...a complete WIN! Their packages were simple and very straightforward. No hidden fees like some other funeral home. Overall, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and makes the grieving situation much easier to handle. If you are looking for a good experience, you can trust they will do the job with dignity and excellent service. I would highly recommend this location.
