They were very sweet and respectful. Quick turnaround time for getting our baby’s ashes back. We got the metal urn and a little bottle of hair clippings. Thank you for taking care of us.

The staff and this place is wonderful. Thank you for being helpful and empathetic. They took really good care of my pup when she unexpectedly passed away. I'm very grateful to them!

The staff was friendly and sympathetic to my sorrow, however I can never trust these people again. Because they were understaffed and had one guy working two people's jobs, my cat Sammy was cremated without getting his paw print pressed. They simply... Forgot. This man told me not to worry about it, but I checked it off on the order form just to be safe because hey? It's right there, how could they forget, right? They just have to look at the form, right? If they had simply double checked the form, I'd have his paw print. Sammy had a habit of poking my face when he wanted my attention, he was the only cat I had that did that. So this was SO important to me. I wanted that print almost as much as I wanted his ashes. Now I only gave them a star at all because they had the decency to apologize and refund me partially. I have other pets. When they pass, I will NEVER bring them here. I'd rather drive all the way to Albuquerque which is twice the distance from my home then come here. I can never forgive them, and I can never trust them.
