My father had a very good experience with the Neptune Society when my mother passed away. When he passed away a few years after, I knew right away that he would want them to handle his arrangements. They were so kind and considerate during these two worst moments of my life and I really appreciate all of their help and support.

We cannot thank Neptune Society enough for the care and compassion they showed us during such a heartbreaking time. From the very beginning, everyone we spoke with was incredibly kind, understanding, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They made an extremely difficult process feel a little less overwhelming and treated our loved one with so much dignity and respect. We were also very appreciative of how quickly they returned the remains to us, and everything was packaged so carefully and beautifully. We are deeply grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed our family, and we would highly recommend them to anyone going through such a difficult loss.

I woke up to a phone call telling me a loved one had passed, and not only had they passed, but it was from a drug overdose in another state. In that moment, I had no idea who to call or what to do. The staff at Neptune Society is incredible! They are so compassionate in a true time of need. They took care of everything, including contacting the military cemetery to reach out to me. With me being in another state, i was so appreciative that they made the entire process stressless. I can’t thank them enough as they continue to keep in contact to support me in my grieving.

A discussion about our own existence and final decisions upon that existence are not easy. It is easy to assume we have time, but the clock stops ticking every second for millions of people. We don’t often get a chance to make a decision that will affect our final moment, and this is one where we actually can and make a definite life-changing effect on our relatives and intimate relations. Neptune is an organization nationally within the United States that will help you and more importantly, your relatives and family be able to concentrate on your life and not your death. At least this is how I see it. I recommend others to explore the organizations background and options.
