I was also surprised by how much more affordable their services were compared to local funeral homes and other providers I contacted. The difference in pricing was remarkable, yet the level of care and service was exceptional. At a time when families are grieving and vulnerable, it was refreshing to work with a company that was transparent, honest, and fairly priced. I would recommend this business for their services 100 times over. I recently lost my younger brother suddenly and recently. This has been a difficult journey not only losing him, but also me living in Georgia and he was living in Maryland. Carewell Cremations has been nothing short of amazing and compassionate throughout this complicated situation. They keep you informed through the whole process. The whole staff is so patient . They are readily available when I had a question. I had to make several calls about his death certificate due to a mistake made by the state of Maryland. Every time I called and "explained' they were so kind and compassionate. The final act that just blew me away was that I met one of the employees, Nicole, to deliver the death certificates to me. I was so grateful not to have them be mailed. This simplified everything due to my complicated situation. I will make sure that I pay all of this kindness forward. Thank you again for everything. There really aren't words to express my gratitude.

They offered a great caring service for an affordable price so I went with them and was extremely pleased with the results.
