Olinger Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery - Chapel Hill

We were there on Memorial day and my mom was having trouble walking so Kathy picked her up and gave her a ride to the office building. She went over mom's funeral arrangements and we picked out a beautiful urn for her ashes My father and brother are buried there. We love it 😀

Chapel Hill mortuary provided a wonderful service for my wife. Victor and Aaron helped guide me through this difficult process. Victor helped with getting everything set up for my wife’s burial, her casket was beautiful. Aaron provided all of the elements needed for the graveside service. Finding a deacon to perform the service became a little challenging for Aaron, but in the end, everything was pulled together without issue. I think I was a little more impatient than needed to be. They both went above and beyond, and it will be something I will remember for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend them in your time of need.

My husband and I recently met with a Pre Planning Advisor at Olinger, Chapel Hill to plan our funerals. Our Advisor was Victor Rogers. He was extremely knowlegeable and answered all of our questions, even the ones we did not think to ask. In otherwords, he was a pro at his job. He was codial, polite, friendly and incredibily helpful. Just the right personality to guide us through the process of making final arrangements. He provided copies of all the selections we made as well as personal plannning guides to record additional information. I gave Victor rave revews at our appointment but would like to share my eperience with others. Great customer service is a delight and our experience with Victor was that and more. If knowledge, expertise and excellent customer service are important to you, you would do well to see Victor Roges.

Olinger Capel Hill was great! They were always understanding. They knew this was an emotional time for the family. Amber, was extremely helpful and always responded promptly. The facilities where great too. The staff was always ready to help, but definitely respected everyone's privacy. Everyone was concerned with how we were doing. Offered to help with anything we needed. Hannah, who accepted my father's closing for the viewing was so calm and concerned when I broke down a bit. They were all great.
