Olinger Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery - Crown Hill

I'm very upset today I went to visit my son's headstone I have two sons very there I recently spent a lot of money getting flowers for The headstone that don't fade. I got a beautiful arrangement for the top of the headstone add flowers that go on the side and around spending almost $200 and then when I go to visit all those flowers are gone they threw them away. After speaking with the grounds people they admitted that they did that and said there would be no reimbursement. There continues to be many problems with the cemetery it is going downhill so many empty promises about getting my son's engraving done almost a year later has not been done and now they're throwing away very expensive flowers that in the handbook says they will not throw them away. Not to mention this is also the second headstone the first one was vandalized and I had to replace it. I think this looks like a lawsuit I'm going to have to file Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

With as much as grieving families are paying for funeral expenses these days you would think this place would have back up generators when the power goes out during their wake. The upkeep of the cemetery is fair. You be the judge and compare this place to the beautiful cemetery in Golden!

23 years ago, my family had a sudden and shocking death of my older brother, David. He was only 28 at that time and it was tragic. I truly appreciate that I have had this place to go to since 2002 to reflect on my brother's life. His resting place is right next to the park on the far west end of the property. Such a lovely veiw of the mountains from there. Anytime I visit, I'm never interrupted in my thoughts as its a nice quiet place to reflect. So much history here with headstones dating back to the early 1900's. Thank you for keeping the grounds cleaned and landscaped for a peaceful setting.

I couldn’t have asked for a better support person throughout this extremely hard time than Damon in funeral services. He was so receptive, kind, patient, and on top of the whole funeral service. He supported my friends and family. He did a fabulous job dressing and taking care of my son’s casket items. He was one step ahead with the flowers. He did a better job than I could have imagined with the display items for the funeral. I am so grateful for Damon. The services at Olinger were beautiful. Everything went smoothly.

Having to carry out the final arrangements for your loved one can be such an emotional and daunting time. Everyone at Dignity Crown Hill was so exceptional I walking us through every last detail. They provided my mother a beautiful and respect service . William he was either immediately available or very prompt to return calls. Amanda who did the stationary and video was exceptional with communication and design ideas and accommodated family requests went above and beyond to provide exceptional service with the utmost empathy and respect. And huge huge thanks and compliments to the makeup and hair provider as my mother truly looked her "Sunday Best"
