Horrible nothing but problems since I've had them they never have anyone that can fill in they only help my father 2 days a week Tuesdays and Fridays and it's always an issue there's social worker likes to judge and blame when they do nothing to help.

VITAS Healthcare in Jacksonville, Florida was over-the-top amazing. They provided 24 hour nursing care to my beloved and were kind, compassionate, professional __everything one could possibly hope. I would give them twenty stars if I could! I will be eternally grateful. Thank you, VITAS!

This company is nothing more than a front for Medicare fraud. First started with trying to label my family member as suicidal so they could file mental health billings. No care given to patient beyond bare minimum. No supplies provided like they informed us. No medicine provided for illness that landed family member in hospice. The medicine they provided was for illness was unrelated to hospice needs. Hospital equipment came within hours but delay in picking it up so the could continue to bill Medicare. The fraud line is my next phone call because this company did not learn from its 2017 civil fine for violating False Claims Act.
