Lincoln Memorial Cemetery

I have been with Lincoln Memorial Cemetery for several years, but this is my first time leaving a review. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Paula Jones for exceptional service, compassion, professionalism, and the care she has shown during the many times I have contacted her — whether it was for funeral arrangements, repairing a name on a marker, or cleaning around my loved ones’ plots at the cemetery. During such difficult times, Ms. Jones has always been patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Not to mention, she is genuinely kind and super nice. Her attention to detail and caring spirit brought me comfort and helped make everything go smoothly. I am truly grateful for her exceptional service and the genuine care she has provided over the years. Ms. Jones' dedication and compassion will always be remembered and deeply appreciated.

I had the pleasure of working with Paulette Jones. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to assisting me with purchasing a headstone for my father's gravesite. I look forward to working with her again in regard to pre-planning ahead of time rather than at the time of need. Staff and management were all courteous and helpful when assisting my family and me.

Ms Eleanor Matthews is compassionate and engaging. Her thoroughness and attention to detail leave no questions unanswered and no stone unturned. I left our meeting knowing I had properly cared for my loved one. Ms Matthews was a blessing every step of the way, from first meeting through end of funeral. Thank you so much.

We worked with Ms. Shedonna Barnes for my mother’s funeral, and she was exceptional. She was incredibly organized, professional, and handled all the arrangements flawlessly. Ms. Barnes made a very challenging process stress-free. I highly recommend her for her competence and caring nature. Furthermore.... She treated us like family, she brought comfort to a dark time. Her attention to detail was exceptional and she made a difficult time much easier to bear. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. BARNES, YOU DESERVE A BIG RAISE!!

Eleanor Denise Matthews is the answer! I am careful to check reviews about the businesses I deal with. This business has a 3.4 rating. I like to see at least 4. Because of the reviews and a past negative experience by one of my family members I was hesitant. I asked a related business to provide contact information for a quality person @ Lincoln. The answer was Ms. Matthews. She is very professional, polite, comforting and patient. She is the type of asset that builds trust. I would strongly encourage Lincoln/Everest leadership take very good care of Ms. Matthews.
