Direct Cremation Services was an absolute pleasure to work with. When our son suddenly passed away we were so distraught and devastated and their kindness and patience were so appreciated. We were able to talk through the arrangements and they made it simple and easy. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I also was shocked that their pricing was clear and direct no hidden fees and were much more reasonable than other funeral homes. I would 1000% recommend them and their loving and kind staff! My husband and I were crying during the entire process and they were so kind and reassuring and patiently walked us through the decisions we needed to make. When my mother passed away in October it was Direct Cremation that hospice recommended. Living in PA when my mother resided in VA, Direct Cremations helped manage things for me while being out of town and traveling . They were kind and sympathetic. We met with Brittany who walked us through the options without us ever being pressured in any decisions we made. I would recommend them to anyone who is at this stage and is dealing with loosing a loved one.

Although it is near industrial locale, the facility had a nicely decorated sitting area and spaces for funeral services, creating an atmosphere of comfort and solace. What truly touched me was the continued support and care I received even after the process was completed. Tiffany and Elizabeth checked in with me regularly, offering their condolences and ensuring that I had the necessary resources to handle my brother's affairs. Their attention and empathy made me feel like I had someone to share the burden with, and I will forever be grateful for their support.
