Sunrise of Metairie has the most amazing team!!! Everyone is so kind, caring, and truly dedicated to what they do. Special shoutout to Ruthie, who is absolutely the best. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and valued every single time. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best experience I have had was with Lj, he was very detailed oriented. He was well versed and gave great insight on our situation. It was very clean, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. He toured us in memory care for a future place for my mom. We look forward to working with him closely soon!

We had a wonderful experience at Sunrise. LJ, the Sales Director, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring. Stacey, the BOC, was just as incredible and made the entire process feel smooth and welcoming. You can really tell they both care about residents and families, not just filling rooms. We felt heard, supported, and confident every step of the way. I can’t wait to bring my mom back to tour the assisted living side and help her choose her forever home. Thank you, LJ and Stacey, for making this such a positive and reassuring experience!

Sunrise was very helpful in making the process of moving my dad into an assisted living facility and their staff members: LJ, Jessica and Polly were very informative, patient and friendly. When my Dad came to tour the facility, he found it to be very clean and the staff to be very friendly which made it easier on us to go through the process of placing him here.

I did an in-service with the staff there starting with the Administrator all the way down to the marketing director, and it was nice to see the facility was very clean and organized Matt. The Administrator was very engaged with his employees seemed like he had a good work relationship with his staff. They seem to reciprocate back with him in a respectful manner as well as him giving respect back to his staff. The marketing director LJ was great at giving me a tour of the facility and very knowledgeable of selling his product as he was talking about the facility. He seemed very engaging with me as well as his staff. He seems well liked with the residence in the facility. I think this place is top-notch.
