During our search for a facility for a family member, we discovered Summerhouse on a search on the Internet and thank goodness we did. The staff there are so professional and prepared and informative about their product and the facility that it made it very easy for us to make a decision. This was after a long arduous process of seeking out and touring other facilities. Everyone we encountered from the sales department to the Executive Director to the nursing staff, memory care, and facilities staff were extremely professional and helpful and provided us relief that we were placing our family member in the right place. They were so good that we already recommended the facility to another person we encountered we would highly recommend this facility for the care of a family member. And it’s a beautiful location.

Hi, my family has received a threatening fiscal letter from your company . We have assembled a team of professionals to investigate your erroneous accusation of a delinquent nonpayment. I am on day 5 of calling the company both the local and corporate office, as well as sending emails to no correspondence from SummerHouse Vista Shores . This post in hopes that someone will return our phone call to address the issue. Unfortunately, we have surveyed other complaints against this company with similar allegations. We are beginning to feel as if we are being scammed . We are unsure if this is coming directly from your company or from a third party. Please help us by returning any of the calls we have put into your office over the last week . We spent thousands of dollars with your institution and it is only good business to return our correspondence after accusing us of owing you money. This is getting suspicious. A year ago it was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. They took very good care of my aunt. Within the last year things have grown increasingly worse. High turnover in staff. Housekeeping is horrible. They never answer the phone or return calls. The new receptionist is rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Our experience has gone from great to awful.

Summer House is a beautiful place for your love ones, I visited there with a friend as he visit with his family, the staff was very welcoming when we first walked in. The residents were doing activities in different areas on the 3rd floor, which was good to see.... It looks really nice & smelled very fresh.
