Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. The staff is awesome, friendly, and provided directions with a smile. And led by example. The nurse was very attentive to my Uncle James Simmons needs.

The Officer greeted me with a smile. He asked me if I know where l was going? I told him who I was to see and he gave me the room number and directed me to the elevator. He was very very kind and helpful. The nurses greeted me also. I visited my cousin and had a wonderful time. This Center is so neat and clean.

I came in contact with Serenity Rehab approximately 3 weeks ago. I've met and have had conversations with several medical and administrative staff. All have been courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful as I navigate this process due to my brother being a new resident of the facility. I've been impressed with several of the nurses. I've watched them tend to my brother and they have also been patient in addressing my questions and bringing certain information to my attention as it relates to his well-being. Ms. Shanika Durham, Admissions, walked me to my brother's room during my 1st visit at the facility. She immediately recognized that my brother needed an air mattress due to his condition. She promptly took care of this matter and an air mattress was delivered. Nurse Maggie introduced me to "comfort care." I like the fact that unlike hospice care staff, the comfort
care staff are on-site at the facility and can immediately address concerns as they arise. I offer an apology to nurse Annie (I'm not sure if I'm remembering her name correctly) but she has been very informative, nice, and knowledgeable. I spoke with her today (3/8/26) and she immediately recognized that my brother needed to be repositioned to his side and she and another nurse began readjusting him.
I take off one star, only because of the odor that sometimes lingers in the hallways. I've only experienced this twice. I do understand the different factors that can contribute to this issue and staff cannot be everywhere right away at all times. Lastly, it took me several weeks to finally choose a rehab center. My primary concern is the care, compassion, and professionalism that my love one receives. I'm not disappointed.

Just give them a call and ask for the nurses station. I guarantee nobody answers.
They’ll have you working out on a broken leg then try to tell you you didn’t try hard enough. Essentially using you for your insurance money before asking for more money for mediocre treatment and barely edible food.
Food gave all the patients diarrhea and they looking at the patients like they did it when it’s obviously a bad chef or bad food.

Visited on Saturday Dec 27 looking for a home for my Dad. Ms Davis was wonderful in showing us around. I was impressed with this facility. It was clean and appeared warm. The staff was kind and professional! I was pleased and had a good feeling when I left. I plan to pursue this facility for my loving Father. I look forward to meeting the additional staff and build his home there!!
Thank you Ms Davis and the Serenity team!
