Ms webb has been extremely helpful throughout the application process for my mother. She made sure to follow -up via email to ensure that the full application is complete. Finally my mum was able to move by March 1 2024. Ms Evans is a tremendous asset to Asbury! she has helped my mum to begin a new life !

Poor property management the security is the office never can contact anyone that works in the office, also once you pay your rent through a check dated on the 3rd the money do not get recorded to your rent until around the 15th the money just sits in the account. but let the check bounce someone calls asap this is the worst rental system i've ever delt with.

My family member has lived in this building for about 3 years, it used to be a decent place but management went completely downhill. Repairs get started but not completed in residents apartments, water pressure is terribly low. Mrs. Evans, the office manager, has become downright insufferable and abuses her power. She threatens to have residents “kicked out”, she has visitors banned because she does not like them, she is never available by phone, she is late EVERYDAY, leaves early EVERYDAY, and she brings her dog to work in the rental office although multiple residents have expressed their fear of dogs multiple times. Some of the things she says and does are extremely unethical. The rest of the office staff don’t seem to have many answers. My family member received a notice from the rental office asking for their email address and password yesterday, which is very alarming because they shouldn’t need the password. A couple of years ago the rental office staff members intimidated some of the residents into posting positive google reviews which is why there are reviews from residents all around the same time. This place needs better management, the building is fairly nice and has so much potential but management is running this place into the ground.

The best rental experience. The property manager Ms. Evans is wonderful .She puts forth all efforts to have her tenants happy. The whole team is super friendly and helpful. I am so happy to live in such a beautiful affordable apt. for senior's. The 24hr. front desk security is also a plus

Great Community and I love living here. Management At as is Awesome, caring and patient. Ms. Evans the Manager really cares for her residents.
