My family and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and compassion that my aunt received during her stay at this Capitol City. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with dignity, kindness, and genuine concern for her well being. The nurses, therapists, aides, and administrative team went above and beyond to ensure that she was comfortable, safe, and receiving the highest quality of care. They kept our family informed, answered all of our questions with patience, and always treated my grandmother with respect and warmth. She had a very positive attitude and was very helpful. The rooms and hallways were very well maintained. I was very impressed with the level of service we received.
