I would not recommend this company. I have been my Mother’s primary care giver for 18months. Bed Ridden with dementia with a history of stroke and seizures. After Her last Hospital Visit she was deemed suitable for Hospice and We decided continue to provide care at home until Her transition. The Hospital's palliative team gave her Accentcare as part of Her final care plan. We were told that a Nurse would come 1x a Week and a CNA 2x’s. We asked severals times for a schedule so we could know when to expect them. They haven’t honored their scheduled days they chose. And Each week we have been told different days. And those days weren’t full honored. Last week we received 1 visit only where the Nurse & the CNA both came on the same day at the same time. I have never experienced a more disorganized medical provider than Accent Care.( I did 16 &1/2 years of Dialysis as a patient.)Imagine if we were totally dependent on Accent Care in My Mothers Time Of Need…when you ask them a question you have to ask repeatedly to get a direct answer. We are now in the 4th week of their services
