I cannot say enough wonderful things about Comfort Home Care. A family member became ill suddenly, and I called them from the hospital on a Friday evening. I heard back from Crystal almost immediately and she could not have been more professional, helpful, and caring. She was careful to get all the information she needed, including what would be most useful for my family member, but was incredibly efficient. We needed home care the next day and she set everything up within a few hours. The following morning the most extraordinary aide came to spend the day with my family member. Professional, kind, and skilled, she went above and beyond to be helpful and was truly a lifesaver. From the moment I called and throughout our entire experience with them, we felt taken care of and cared for. Though my family member is feeling much better now and no longer needs care, we feel so lucky to have their number at hand if and when we should ever need them again. It's really scary when you need this kind of support last minute. They truly are a comfort. Highly recommend.

Comfort Home Care was recommended to me by A Place for Mom. I contacted them, among others, to arrange for in-home care for my mom. She recently broke her leg and lives alone. My first contact was with Brandi Perry, their sales leader. Brandi was responsive and very knowledgeable. She took me 'by the hand' and walked me through their services and pricing, and made recommendations on what my mom would need on the first days at home. She was patient, compassionate and truly cared about her charges. The care takers they sent over were professional, attentive and took really good care of my mother. Highly recommend!
