VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN AND THEY DONT CARE FOR THE REVIEWS BECAUSE AS LONG AS THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY THEY DONT CAREEE. THEY WILL PLAY IN YOUR FACE AND TELL YOU THE SAME THING THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE LOGICAL BRAINS TO COMPREHEND ANYTHING ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST IN THEIR OFFICES !!! THEY DONT PRIORITIZE THEIR EMPLOYEES EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO IS HUSH HUSH OR UNDER THE TABLE THINKING THEY CAN ALWAYS GET AWAY WITH IT BUT TRUST YOU PLAYED WITH THE RIGHT ONE. THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE THEY DONT ACTIVELY COMMUNICATE ANY ISSUES UNLESS BROUGHT TO THEM. SYSTEMS ARE OUTDATED UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT IN LINE FOR A PAPER CHECK BECAUSE THERES NO CHECKING DEPOSITS …BAD LOOK AND WHOEVER IN THE TEAM TRIES TO DELETE MY REVIEW TRUST I WILL REPOST IT AGAIN AND AGAIN SO TRY IT!!! PLEASE DO !! THE LACK OF COMMITMENT AND PROFESSIONALISM IS CRAZY. DO BETTER AND TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES, BUT THEY CANT BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN!!!!

In the beginning, I had lacked of communication with the company of who gonna be my aide. The first and second aides they got me was horrible until when they finally had me a God sent aide “Susan “ whom I want to be with for the rest my life. Susan Ahmed is a sweet soul that every human will dream of been around with.Thank God for Susan💗💗💗💗🥰🥰🥰🥰. My favorite Aide best ever.

This is the agency for you if you DON'T want to get services for many months on end and enjoy being ignored and having even the minimum of services that you had to fight them so hard for yanked away with no notice. If this is NOT what you're looking for, stay far away.

This Agency is very stressful to work with, when an healthcare aid doesn’t show up for work they are not dependable to send someone else as a replacement and most of the time they don’t send a replacement! The home healthcare aids have also asked to leave early on multiple occasions when a patient still required their services.The point of this company is to help but all it does is stress out the patient and the patients family even more. DO BETTER IMMACULATE!!

Changed my mind, worst agency ever. Quick to scold a client, but let the aides get away with EVERYTHING. I have a male caregiver who constantly yells at me and fell asleep on two different occasions and he still hasn’t been replaced yet due to “low staff and they’re only replacing him because he resigned, not because I complained about him, but if I disagree with an aide for doing something I don’t like , they’re quick to call me to talk about “respecting their aides” everything’s one sided here. The client is not always right, bad agency !
