We were referred to Hyatt&Hanington in 2004 by our ML Broker to establish our MI revocable Trust in MD. Since then we have worked with them on several revisions, the last being a total restatement in 3/2024. This week we met with Makayla Hanington with our two adult children to review the intricacies of the Trust upon our deaths or disabilities. We have consistently found H & H to be centered on the complexities of family relations, unpredictable life events, and personality preferences. Their knowledge of constantly changing state and federal estate laws and regulations assures us we are on solid financial planning ground. Their openness to continue to be available to our children when needed is much appreciated.
