We contacted this firm to assist my partner with a family custody case, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. First, Kathy was very rude during the payment process. When we asked for a copy of the bill and an explanation of the charges, she told us that we were “stressing her out,” that she was on her lunch break, and that we needed to stop stressing her out. We were simply trying to understand the invoice before making payment. Second, the firm was very disorganized and provided little to no communication regarding the case. We were rarely informed about what had been filed, what actions were being taken, or what the next steps were. Third, on the day the other party was supposed to be served, we had to call the office multiple times to ensure someone was actually present to complete service, despite being told that arrangements had already been made. Throughout the entire representation, we only spoke directly with the attorney once. Most of our concerns went unanswered, and communication was consistently poor. Overall, the customer service, communication, and professionalism were far below what we expected. We spent a significant amount of time and money and did not receive the level of representation or support we were promised. I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal assistance.

Thousands upon thousands of dollars for someone who won't return phone calls or emails, yet alone advocate. I survived extremely well-documented domestic violence and was repeatedly told I had "no case" and to "just make things easy on yourself and settle" and "let's not ruin this guy's life." It turns out my lawyer was a personal friend of my ex's lawyer. A mountain of debt later, I got what my next lawyer called "the worst custody arrangement I've ever seen in my entire career." If you're in a similar situation, make sure you find a lawyer who has worked divorce cases with domestic violence involved. I hate to publish this with my name, but if it steers even one person away from an experience like mine, it's worth it.

Wish I never hired this firm. Has a great reputation , but that is it. Doesn't return calls, doesn't advocate for my case. I provided Six check for over $100k , that my husband forged my signature on, included with retainer check. Nothing.
