Matt and his team were fantastic. We created Wills, Advance Medical Directives, Trusts, Power of Attorney, etc. Matt was fantastic about explaining each doc, in plain language and in technical language, as needed. It depended on our knowledge of the subject, which varied. I really appreciated that Matt provided standard language in the documents that matched our prior versions but also pointed out ways that other folks have tailored their documents. More that once, we chose to alter the 'boilerplate' or existing documents to better fit our new needs and circumstances. Matt was essential in tailoring our documents. He is very knowledgeable about these legal documents and the law. He was quite patient and thorough. He was also quite responsive and timely, which can be an issue some other places. My financial advisor appreciated some of the changes Matt made to the new versions for our estate trust and will. There was a charge for the notary, but Matt took care of the all the arrangements.
