Last Jun 2025 timeframe I met with Mr. Dezio who was recommended highly to me by a few friends who used his services regarding estate planning since I was definitely not pleased with previous attorney who prepared and charged an astronomical amount for mostly filler. Mr. Dezio was very informative and comfortable in dealing with during the entire process in updating my existing Will; amending and restating Trust; and, amending Advance Medical Directive. Mr. Dezio is a first class attorney who was extremely patient in explaining everything in detail with respect to any questions and/or concerns I had. I highly recommend Mr Dezio as I feel he is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, and has reasonable prices. I will definitely seek his services again if/when needed.

I just finished preparing my trust, will, and deed transfer with Mr. Dezio. What an incredible experience! It’s something I had put off for a while due to the idea that it’s taxing on time and emotional energy, but Richard made the process SO easy and even fun! Mr. Dezio is an old school lawyer who will welcome you into his office with brick walls and leather chairs. He takes all the time you need to explain everything to you; pros, cons, options, etc. We explored different names for trusts and ended up choosing a really cool name for mine. He always made himself available for follow up questions, phone calls, and emails. He even offered help for my family and advice on anything I needed. Mr. Dezio is also very thorough and triple checked all his work, walked me through the drafts, made any edits we discussed, and reviewed again before signing off on it. He’s also very reasonably priced and morally correct, not believing in price gouging like most lawyers do. I would go back to him for any of my estate planning needs and recommend his services to everybody.

Mr. Dezio has served as our attorney for over ten years in matters regarding my practice, wills, family trusts, and many other specialized areas of his practice.
