After the untimely death of my nephew, Singletons - the entire staff and especially Mark Vancura provided unequaled professional assistance, all the while exhibiting compassion and emotional support. Even after a family member's rather inappropriate actions caused a needless delay in my nephews funeral/burial, Mark continued to go above and beyond to provide assistance all the while exhibiting extreme patience, compassion and kindness. Very easy to deal with in what was a difficult time. I was able to handle all the paperwork online rather than deal with over the phone or in person. The one time I did reach out by phone, they got back to me very quickly. Highly recommend.
