Genesis gets a high recommendation from me. They came through for my family during a time when we were lost and didn’t fully know how to handle matters. Their quick responses and outstanding professionalism helped us to created a beautiful home going service for my mother.

If negative stars were an option, this place would deserve them. This was, without question, one of the most disrespectful and frustrating experiences imaginable- especially during a time when a family is grieving and vulnerable. Instead of compassion and professionalism, we were met with disorganization, poor communication, and a complete lack of care. Working with Francine was particularly difficult. She was unresponsive, dismissive, and at times outright unprofessional. Basic expectations were not met, and simple requests became unnecessary obstacles. A funeral home should provide guidance, dignity, and support. This one did the opposite- added stress, confusion, and frustration to an already painful situation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this funeral home to look elsewhere. No family should have to deal with this on top of their loss.

Ms Francine was the first person I contacted at Genesis. She explained the whole process and worked with me to see that my loved ones remains were properly dealt with. She was very caring and attentive, and I am very happy with their services.

From the initial conversation to the last, Francine and her staff were so professional and courteous. I’ve never had to go through this process before, and they provided updates every step of the way while answering all of my questions. I truly felt that my loved one was in the best hands. I took a chance and called Genesis, and I'm so glad that I did! Francine Bryant had to negotiate eight weeks of delays with the necessary paperwork. She took care of it calmly and with the utmost professionalism. I was out of state and couldn't help at all, just had to trust that it would be resolved. It was resolved, thanks to Francine and Genesis- I highly recommend this business.
