Since I have been attending Life Care,INC. My life have changed for the better. The Staff always been supportive and helpful. Thank You Life Care for being a great part of my life.Amen.

Horrible less than 24 gr scheduling with no updating on therapy appointments and treatment plans. Long winded breaks between appointments with employment specialist and community health workers in trap house type building.

I didn't know what to expect, but I did and am getting the help I need from Gaelle, my Community Support Worker, Nurse Roland, Dr. Grace to Dora, who schedules my appointments. My Therapist, Ms. Williams is professional, nice and encouraging. Ms. Mitchell, the Employment Specialist is also wonderful. They are all lovely, professional and nice.

This place is a scam. The guy Sherwood is an addict and so Is half of the staff. I went here for court treatment they gave somebody else my personal information billed my insurance and did not provide the services that I payed for also lying to court officials just because they didn’t want to do their jobs trying to re-diagnose me with bipolar and something else just to get funding. For almost a year and a half I went to this company for treatment and got nothing but a stolen identity and a even higher medical bill. Don’t ever ever ever go to this place and if I can say once I do return to the District they will have a lawsuit on their hands. I’m going to make sure junkies like this won’t keep taking advantage of my communities and the people who live here I’m going to make sure this place is well out of business by the summer 2021.

This place is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL EXCUSE for a mental health agency I've ever experienced. I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. I really believe I have a malpractice suit against them. I was told that I had to continue to take a medication in order for it to work even though it caused other medical issues, then was told I was lying about taking the medication and refused my refill. Where they do that at. Then they wonder why I acted the way I did and how my mood changed so fast. That place is just trying to get paid by playing off people's mental illness and stability. I pray they get shut down. The psychiatrist is only a Nurse Practitioner. They dont cater to the people who have a bit of scruples, they try to take advantage of those who cant really comprehend for themselves. I am LIVID at how I was treated at this facility. I had problems from day one coming through the door.
