How did I get here? I turned my attention to my legacy, which I should have done sooner, and envisioned a need to organize and clarify my wishes for a time when I could not do them for myself. Software can produce documents for wills and trusts and so forth, give guidance, and I guess it works, kind of. I wouldn't know what to ask myself to ask the software about. mmm... I looked for seasoned, estate planners in the area. I saw another attorney, also of good credentials, for suitability. I preferred the Barret firm because I liked the sincerity, the frankness and being upfront about what may be more suitable for your vision.
