The Reserve at Pasadena Assisted Living and Memory Care

We couldn’t be more grateful for this amazing small community. The staff treats our mom with such kindness, patience, and care. From the caregivers and med techs to the kitchen and support teams, everyone is wonderful. The environment is outstanding under the leadership of Ms. Marcie, Executive Director, and her team, Ms. Tori and Ms. Deloise. Thank you for taking such good care of our mom.

This company refuses to pay for multiple AC services provided to this location months ago. We have called multiple times with no resolve. The concierge lady, Cory the maintenance man and Sandra in Accounts Receivables has not been helpful at all and actually rude. Why string us along about possibly using us for repairs and replacements when you never intended to pay for services rendered. I will be filing a complaint to get what is owed. All management and personnel know how to get in touch with us.

I went to visit my friend, and she was sitting alone at the dinner table. Since I do not visit as often as I would like to, someone needs to sit with her and encourage her to eat. Another thing is, she would do good to get a manicure and pedicure. Also, perhaps if and when you have gatherings among the residents, suggest that at least one partners with another. Not every resident has a friend. 🙏

My mother recently became a resident at The Reserve of Pasadena. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. The residents there are very friendly. They go out of their way to make her feel like family. The facility is beautiful and clean. There are lots of activities offered everyday. She has a physical therapist that visits her weekly. He said that he was very impressed with this place compared to the many other facilities he has visited. After about a month there, we feel like we made the right choice for mom.

This community and the staff who work there are phenomenal! Though this is an older building that could probably use some updates to the decor, when you walk in and start getting a feel for the place there’s a great energy here. The residents all seem to be very happy to be there and the employees also seem to enjoy working there. The building is very clean and well kept, the grounds are also cared for. Julie Stair toured me as I was looking for my mother for her potential move to the area. Julie was quite knowledgeable and friendly, and her rapport with fellow employees very positive I could tell she had great confidence and trust in the staff that provide the care to the seniors. I had the chance to ask a resident in their lobby how they liked living there and how they liked the food and they were happy to share how pleased they were to live there and that colonial oaks was their home.
