I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional services and care that my mom has received since moving to The Park three months ago. From the vary first visit, it was clear that this community would be the ideal place for her. The welcoming atmosphere and the dedication of the staff have truly made The Park feel like home for her. She consistently shares positive experiences and has developed a sense of belonging within the community. Moving my mom into this assisted living home was such a blessing. From the very beginning, the entire transition process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. We were welcomed on the first day by Tori, who greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that instantly put my mom at ease. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure my mom felt comfortable in her new home right away. The environment was bright, peaceful, and full of friendly faces, which made the experience even more reassuring. Melissa, who coordinated every step of the move-in process with amazing attention to detail and care. She made everything feel effortless from scheduling to settling in and always checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Every staff member we’ve met since has been just as attentive and compassionate, treating my mom like family. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s surrounded by people who truly care. Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough!
