Connect55+ Concord | 62 Plus Active Adult Retirement Community in NH

It’s a clean place, but there’s one major complaint. We have elderly parents living here. When it snows, the manager tells them they have to move their car so the parking lot can be plowed. This means they have to drive the car in the cold to the Ocean State Job Lot parking lot and walk back home. The plowing sometimes takes up to four hours (or more), then the elderly parent must walk back to Job Lot to retrieve their car. This is terribly inconvenient. Why can’t they plow in sections or provide a van service? This facility has a lot of elderly people living here. Please do better.

After touring Connect 55+ in Concord, NH and placing our name on the list, Sandy the property manager kept us informed of where we were on the list and in July of this year, 2025, we moved in. Sandy has been amazing at keeping us as residents informed and is always present on the property for questions or just to be with the community. She is clearly the driving force behind the administration of this amazing community. Payton is amazing! She is always putting together activities for all of our residents. Payton does exercise classes and activities geared towards the wishes of the community. She thrives at putting together events that bring people together and she works tirelessly at ensuring that there is something for everyone that wishes to participate. Doug is our maintenance man and he is very responsive to our needs . We had an issue with our in unit dryer and Doug insured that it was looked at and repaired right away. Doug prepared our unit for move in and it looked like a brand new unit when we moved in. Together Sandy, Payton and Doug are an amazing team. It is clear that they have the safety, comfort and welfare of the residents in the forefront of their concerns.

I highly recommend the Connect 55+ -Concord NH Apartments. I have lived here for six months and am impressed with the property manager, Sandy and her team. Sandy responds professionally and quickly to all inquiries and needs of the community and Doug, who provides maintenance services to all , does impeccable work and was very helpful to me with settling in. Peyton, the Activities Coordinator here, is dedicated to providing a wide range of activities to choose from each week. In a word, they "care" about the community they serve. Secure, safe apartment living, walking distance to stores and restaurants and friendly, courteous neighbors!

We love living here. Sandy, the office manager, knows everyone and is always a pleasure to deal with. Doug, maintenance, is super responsive and very approachable. Payton is a ray of sunshine that adds joy, activity, and recreation to our lives. All 3 help to form a strong community.

My experience from my first visit to Connect 55, and finally moving into my adorable 1bedroom apartment was very positive thanks to the administrator/manager, Sandy. She has the perfect upbeat personality and administrative skills to interact with the senior residents and runs a well organized Community! Doug, the full time maintenance person made sure my apartment was spotless newly painted and refurbished and in move-in condition. He is really good handyman. He is dependable and works hard. The common areas are spotlessly clean. A huge advantage to living at Connect 55 is the full time activities director, Payton. You can tell she loves her job! She enthusiastically provides great weekly and monthly calendar filled with activities and events. Connect 55 is a friendly active community!
