The Birches at Concord

Great place with great staff! The connections the staff make with the residents at the Birches is truly unique. I would recommend the Birches for anyone looking for a great memory care community!

Beautiful building, super staff, and amazing audience at our Thursday performance at The Birches at Concord in Concord, NH. Special thanks to Lynne Dionne, CDP - Programming Director and Denise with Activites. Denise encouraged the residents Peter and Maureen to be our HUMAN DUMMY volunteers. Their antics with the cowbell and tambourine were priceless!

We are so grateful for the care our loved one is receiving at the Birches. The staff and administration are phenomenally compassionate, patient, and skilled.

The Birches of Concord has done a fantastic job taking care of our family members during this pandemic! They were proactive early and are one of the few establishments that have had no resident positive cases. Families have a bi-weekly group zoom meeting with the Director and staff to give us all updates and answer questions that the families have. My mother has settled in very nicely and that is due in large part because of the care and compassion she gets from the staff. I count being able to have my mother at The Birches of Concord a blessing.

The Birches is an extremely special place. It focuses on care for those with cognitive issues and does so in a manner that is dignified, compassionate, positive and non-judgmental. Its small size means that each staff member personally knows each of the residents and genuinely cares about them. The staff is truly exceptional. They create a welcoming and fun environment, while providing top-notch care. It is a pleasure to walk through the doors of The Birches.
