Although they are very kind and compassionate, they dropped the ball on getting us the death certificate which ended up causing us to have to go into debt to take care of bills, costing our family a significant amount of money.

Kristy Navarro was awesome. As I look back at that moment when I had to make arrangements for services, Kristy was very understanding of our circumstance, she was patient and yet very professional. Great small town feel and vibe. The chapel is very cute with an old Hawaii 70’s decor. The staff are polite and personable. Quinton is a very friendly person with a welcoming smile-

I wish i read the reviews about this place first. The only thing that i can really complain about is the funeral arranger rhiana ruiz. She didnt run the obituary two sundays prior to the service. And when she emailed me the proof that it will be posted this sunday the deceased age was wrong. She seemed to be sick every monday and would never return emails in less than 24 hours. Its friday now after business hours and they close on the weekend. The funeral is tuesday the obituary wasnt run we still have unanswered questions. And when i asked rhiana for the funeral directors name and number she said she cant provide it. Dont come to this mortuary even though the facilities are nice
