It was a pleasure to work with Thinh of Headstone and Bronze. Thinh and the other staff were professional and efficient, and every communication was timely and succinct. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. When I started the process of looking at markers, I had about 3 months before the 1 year memorial of my loved one. I didn’t realize the whole process would take 3-4 months from start to finish. By the time I reviewed 3 bids and chose Headstone and Bronze, I had only 2 months before the memorial. While Thinh did not make promises, he told me that he would work with the manufacturer to get the marker expedited without additional cost to me. I appreciate the efforts of Headstone and Bronze (specifically Thinh) in working with me to get the marker installed prior to the 1 year anniversary of her death. The marker is very well done. It met my high standards for accuracy, quality and aesthetics. I would definitely recommend their services.

Working with Thinh on the design of my mom’s headstone was truly a meaningful and reassuring experience during a very emotional time. I would like to thank Mr. Thinh for helping my family and I get a beautiful bench headstone for my husband. We asked if we could have the Astros’ and Texans’ logos on the bench and he guided me on how to get it done. He answered all my questions and responded quickly to them.
