Absolutely stunning work. The pictures here do not do justice to the amazing details captured in this granite statue and memorial. They worked closely with me to bring my ideal to reality; referencing pictures of other memorials and crafting initial drawings. The end result was definitely not a machine stamped presentation. Their service was excellent, and they personally brought the memorial out to Temple Texas and installed it. If you want a beautiful memorial, talk to these guys.

Please do not order a headstone from this business. My brother’s headstone was installed six months after being paid in full. We understand that was the expected timeline, though we were hoping for sooner given the order was paid in full from day one. The problem is we did NOT receive updates without having to initiate communication first. We ALWAYS had to reach out to the contact person first to receive an update. The draft process was cumbersome because basic punctuation, spacing, and grammar was ignored. The final product does NOT reflect the final draft we approved. LET ME REPEAT THAT THE DRAFT WE APPROVED IS NOT WHAT WE RECEIVED. There is spacing and punctuation errors on my brother’s headstone. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for a nearly $5k service. If you value good customer service and professionalism, please do not order from this business. I wish we would have kept looking and given our money to a business that values their customers.

I cannot say enough great things about Cortland. From the first phone call to the setting of my nephew’s plaque, the service, communication and attention to detail were top notch! Their prices are also way below other cemeteries (we were quoted twice the price from other places) and the quality was excellent. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
